Alchemy are hiring Corporate Sales and Business Development professionals to join a Relocation solutions and Corporate Housing provider in USA.
This is a sales hunter position, responsibility to generating new corporate client business via direct selling efforts.
This position offers remote working with travel to corporate clients throughout the dedicated territory and region.
Scope of the position:
- Directly identifying business opportunities and leads
- Hunting new clients and seeking out new business opportunities
- Targeting corporate clients in the allocated region (previous corporate business development experience is required)
- Solutions based selling to HR, Mobility, Corporate Travel & Relocation stakeholders
- Ensuring profitability of new client accounts brought in by identifying profit margin, product conversion, performance, and pricing
- Create and share sales reports with senior management
- Source new leads via LinkedIn, networking, conferences, and industry research etc.
- Supporting RFP processes if required
- Develop market knowledge and be aware of competitors
- Hold regular meetings with potential new clients
- Confidently close business deals
- At least 4 years Sales and Business Development experience selling Relocation, Global Mobility, Corporate Housing or Destination Services to corporate clients
- Extensive sales hunting experience
- Strong deal closure skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with keys stakeholders
