Relocation Specialist

Alchemy is supporting a global Relocation provider in their search for a Relocation Specialist,to join their Destination Services team.
A hybrid working structure is available.

This position reports directly into the Relocation Manager and will ensure the end to end delivery of various relocation services.

There is excellent opportunity for this role to develop into a Senior Relocation Consultant role.


  • Managing assignee relocation files.

  • Communicating with assignees and their families to provide ongoing support during their relocation and settling in.

  • Conducting relocator needs analysis and source Short Term Accommodation in line with their budget and requirements.

  • Administering client relocation policies.

  • Coordinating with Home Search Consultants and Letting Agents and arrange property viewings, inventories and check-ins.

  • Draw up tenancy and renewal agreements, and departures arrangements.

  • Connect with Education specialists to ensure the school search programme is initiated

  • Help to co-ordinate the setup of utilities and other destination services.

  • Liaise with household goods moving providers and furniture rental companies as needed.

  • Seek opportunities to cross sell wider services.

  • Participate in meetings and training sessions with the Relocation and DSP team.

  • Always seek to ensure complete satisfaction.

  • Update all client documentation and the system as needed.

  • Develop professional relationships with third party service partners.

  • Support other team members on the management of their relocation assignee files and provide on-going support and assistance to the department.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience within the Relocation and/or Destination Services sector

  • Strong Tenancy and Letting knowledge is preferred

  • Fluency in an additional European language would be highly beneficial

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Passionate about delivering clients and customer with outstanding customer service

  • Experience travelling, living, working or studying abroad is highly preferred

  • Innovative and able to adapt to challenging situations

  • Ability to multitask and organise to workflow to meet deadlines and prioritise work

  • Excellent IT and software experience

  • Can do attitude - positive and personable

  • Resilient under stress

  • Able to prioritise tasks

  • Able to use the full Microsoft Suite
