Removals Corporate Administrator

Job Description

A leading removals company are looking for an Removals Corporate Administrator to join their team based in Surrey.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide a high-quality administration service in the areas of Corporate Removals Services and move coordination.

  • Responding to inquiries, sending information to the removals Branch or Agent network, and referring to procedures
  • Assisting the removals Branch and Agent network in ensuring the smooth operation of both inquiries and confirmed movements between the Account, the transferee, the department, the branches, and the agents.
  • Keeping track of all relevant removals paperwork on a daily basis.
  • Using and maintaining the removals database on an ongoing basis.
  • Following up with Branches and Agents to ensure that inquiries are kept up to date.
  • Producing invoices and ensuring invoice authorization
  • Following removal Company Procedures, resolving insurance claims with efficiency and tact.
  • Procedure sheets for all branches and the Account are being updated and produced.
  • To ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974.
  • To ensure one's own compliance with ISO 9002-defined quality system policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties that the Manager may reasonably request.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Experience working in the removals industry is essential.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A brilliant understanding of geography and cultures.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, experience managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.
  • A positive, team-focused, 'can-do' attitude.
  • The ability to manage and resolve conflicts or high-pressure situations.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are beneficial.
  • High-level working proficiency in all Microsoft office programs.
