Reward Analyst - 15 Month FTC

Job Description

Alchemy is currently partnering with one of the largest property development and investment companies in the UK in their search for a Reward Analyst to join their team on a 15 month FTC.

Within this role, you will assist the Reward Director with the implementation of the group-wide annual pay and performance review, share plans throughout the organisation, pension provisions, and employee benefits offering across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • By gathering and analysing data, assist the pay and bonus surveys and benchmarking carried out by outside vendors.
  • Work with the Reward Director to create and roll out job families, assess grades, and develop an overall pay system that includes how bonuses and benefits are offered.
  • Conducting internal and external data analysis and reward studies and being able to communicate the findings in an engaging manner.
  • Aid the Reward Director with implementing all facets of incentive and reward programmes, such as Bonus, LTIP, SIP, and Sharesave programmes, to encourage employee behaviour and provide value for shareholders.
  • Actively coordinate all share plan administration activities, such as awards and exercises each year and notifications of good and bad leaver status for SIP, SAYE, and LTIP schemes.
  • Manage the administration of Company benefits, including reviewing and analysing how effectively they are used, making suggestions for any required actions, and promoting them when appropriate to ensure they are used.
  • Create KPIs, dashboards, and reports to provide accurate insights to the company, the Executive Committee, and the larger HR department.
  • Produce and present HR MI reports on a regular basis, including reports on the gender and racial pay gaps.
  • The first point of contact for questions from employees, with appropriate delegation to other reward team members.
  • Managing the Group's annual reporting obligations, including but not limited to social mobility reporting, sustainability and yearly reporting analytics, and quarterly DE&I metrics.
  • Assist the Reward Director with special initiatives.
  • Work with the Employee Relations team to provide a thorough departure interview process and data analysis.

  • Ensure that BL continues to comply with applicable laws regarding employment and policy documents.
  • Assist the Reward Director in developing and reviewing pay and benefits procedures, rules, and practices, and manage the implementation of suggested changes and/or new projects.

Skills:

  • Prior work experience in a fast-paced commercial or professional setting in reward or HR.
  • Strong modelling and data analysis abilities.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a track record of organising, carrying out, and auditing work.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and open-minded with a constant commitment to professionalism, secrecy, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient writing and verbal communication.
  • Extremely accurate and detail-oriented, with the capacity to perceive the big picture.
  • Proficient Excel abilities.
  • CIPD qualified (preferred).
  • Knowledge of and expertise with more advanced data analysis tools, such as PowerBI (preferred).
