Our client, a leading professional services company, is looking for an experienced UK Immigration Consultant to join the Immigration team in their Croydon office.
This will be a key role within the team that will be responsible for providing UK immigration advice and assistance to the company’s clients, with a particular focus on Skilled Worker & Sponsor Licences.
The successful candidate will be providing excellent service and advice to the firm’s clients and will hold either an OISC or SRA qualification.

Job Description
This will be a key role within the team that will be responsible for providing UK immigration advice and assistance to the company’s clients, with a particular focus on Skilled Worker & Sponsor Licences.
The successful candidate will be providing excellent service and advice to the firm’s clients and will hold either an OISC or SRA qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide constant support to clients on UK immigration applications, managing visa applications across the PBS (points-based system) from start to finish
- Manage associated family and partner applications such as; dependant visas and spousal visas etc.
- Become immigration policy expert and encourage knowledge sharing within the team
- Ensure compliance of all UK governing immigration requirements throughout the visa application process
- Ensure that all immigration management systems are kept up to date, and all data entered is accurate
- Build and maintain relationships with clients ensuring that they are kept updated throughout the immigration process
- Ad-hoc tasks and administration as required
- Accreditation to OISC or SRA is essential
- Previous UK Immigration experience
- Experience handing Visa applications from start to finish
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence at senior level
- Highly analytical, with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure and strict deadlines
