Alchemy is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our team and offer support to our Fine Art and Gallery division.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, efficient, and possesses excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage their workload independently.
This full-time role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in our Braintree office.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for the Fine Art and Gallery division.
- Ensuring CRM/ATS data is clean and up to date by carefully coding candidate skills and inputting all relevant information correctly.
- Preparing formatted CVs and logging send outs on CMS/ATS (Bullhorn).
- Writing job descriptions and entering new vacancies into Bullhorn.
- Posting vacancies to various job platforms such as LinkedIn, Reed and CV Library for the Fine Art and Gallery Division.
- Talking to and screening candidates, coordinating applications and interviews.
- Actively sourcing candidates through various online platforms and the internal CRM system to fill current vacancies.
- Review and process incoming website applications on behalf of the Fine Art and Gallery team.
- Posting articles, sharing marketing content, and publishing job advertisements to enhance visibility and engagement.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in IT and able to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
- Knowledge of Bullhorn CRM/ATS is advantageous.
- Highly accurate with good attention to detail.
- Self-starter, able to organise own workload.
