This individual will be responsible for the design and delivery of technology- enabled Talent Acquisition process.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the design and delivery of a technology-enabled process that is engaging and effective for Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Engage with suppliers and system providers to develop strategic short-term plans.
• Provide a talent acquisition ecosystem of technology, vendors, and outsourced services with robust data management.
• Accurate reporting/data capabilities including, technology and services related to ATS, CRM, recruitment agencies, careers site, recruitment marketing, assessment tools, video and on demand interviewing.
• Provide data capabilities/ tools such as sourcing, job aggregators and career event management to develop its objectives as skilfully and effectively as possible.
• Ensure operational control and compliance through effective stakeholder management.
• Ensure recruitment projects are delivered and operational support is appropriate.
• Responsible for continuous improvement of policies, processes, tools and both functional and customer performance using analytics to oversee delivery.
Requirement:
• Over 8 years’ experience working with recruiting platforms such as Taleo, Workday or ICIMs.
• Prior experience working within a large global organisation would be advantageous.
• Experience liaising with senior stakeholders and large, diverse teams.
• The capacity to assign tasks, define goals, and coordinate workflow.
• English language proficiency, both in written and spoken form, is a must for this position.
