As an Account Manager you will be responsible for ensuring complete satisfaction during the move and deliver high levels of customer services.
Responsibilities:
- Use of the internet to contact existing and future customers (leads, phone acquisition, or personal visits).
- Managing existing accounts, as well as following roads that lead to new turnover and maximizing results.
- Ability to transmit knowledge of quality, health and safety, and environmental elements of operational activities.
- Adhere to corporate policies and (inter)national laws and regulations.
- Capable of incorporating potential changes in the areas of quality, health and safety, and the environment suggested by stakeholders.
- In the event of a colleague's absence or a department's under-staffing, assistance should be offered to ensure job continuity.
Skills & Experience:
- Have at least 3 years of experience within the Moving and Relocation industry.
- Resourceful when it comes to finding the finest possible solutions for both external and internal clients.
- Maintains a proactive awareness of advances in the field and on the market.
- Has the ability to interact empathically with internal and external customers, as well as partners and legal authorities, both orally and in writing in Dutch and English.
- Continually monitor all accounts whilst paying close attention to margins and customer satisfaction.
- Business experience, customer and result-oriented, and great ability to work in a team.
