This individual will be highly motivated, have excellent client service skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Previous experience in art logistics is essential.
The key responsibilities include:
- The coordination of high-end, specialist art logistics services.
- Acting as a Client Account Manager to galleries, auction houses, museums, exhibitions, private collectors, and other art organisations.
- Ensure that the client is kept up to date throughout the process and is regularly informed of the status of their shipment.
- Complete all necessary shipping documentation in a timely manner.
- Both maintain and develop client accounts as well as the company’s presence within the art logistics industry.
- Work closely with the logistical team, to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Carry out ad-hoc administration for the team when required.
- Previous experience working within a similar role within a Fine Art Shipper, Gallery or Auction House.
- Client management and customer service.
- Experience coordinating shipments and solving complex logistical issues.
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task.
