The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the international assignees receive the best relocation services in Taiwan and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high level of service to assignees throughout the relocation process from start to finish.
- Acting as the point of contact for corporate clients and employees.
- Create a relationship with all internal and external parties.
- Management and coordination of all authorised services including home finding, school search, utilities, temporary accommodation, household goods shipment, expense management, language, cross-cultural training, policy counselling and all other DSP services.
- Showcase the company’s relocation services to existing and future customers.
- Identify other possible businesses from clients’ requests and communicate with sales department.
- Attend Relocation Department meetings regularly and support the Relocation Manager with different duties as needed.
- Coordinate with tenancy management consultants and real estate agents for tenancy management.
- Provide assistance to immigration consultants for immigration works.
- Follow ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 procedures.
- If there are any incidents, suspected cases, unclear policies and procedures, report to Information Security Manager.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Immigration and Destination Services sectors would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working within the relocation industry.
- Experience managing and developing client relationships.
- Excellent communication & client relationship management skills.
- Strong independent problem-solving skills to resolve client concerns and complaints.
- Fluency in English is essential.
