Key Responsibilities:
- Perform, train, and oversee all Atlas-related billing processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, including Atlas, Atlas drivers, Atlas agents, and military agencies.
- Oversee billing, receivables, driver payroll, and Atlas distributions.
- Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Stay up to date and ensure compliance with all Atlas policies and procedures.
- Manage collections and disputes related to Atlas jobs.
- Supervise and support the accounting team, overseeing schedules and task assignments.
- Review receivables reports and scorecards to assess performance and productivity.
Requirements:
- Previous moving or relocation industry experience is required, ideally with Atlas billing knowledge.
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team.
