We are partnering with a leading Aerospace & Defense organisation who are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team based in Milwaukee, WI.
- Provide general administrative support and carry out other office duties as necessary.
- Create and keep agendas for executive calendars.
- Set up interviews, appointments, and executive meetings.
- Help with corporate events and activities as required.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, proposals, special project work, and other work as required.
- Establish travel plans and creates expenditure reports.
- Maintain weekly and monthly business data and distribute it as necessary.
- Provide support to the Leadership Team.
- Over two years of entry-level admin experience, ideally within a large corporate organization.
- Excellent verbal, writing, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
- Basic HR and Financial knowledge is desirable.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint abilities are desirable.
- Ability to prioritise as necessary to satisfy departmental and company commitments and objectives while working efficiently under conditions of various competing tasks and deadlines.
- Multi-tasker, self-driven, with strong business acumen.
