Roles & Responsibilities:
- Data entry.
- Prepare and distribute basic correspondence including emails and letters.
- Ensuring all CRM's are kept up-to date in a timely manor.
- Arrange conference calls when necessary and assist with note taking.
- Support the team with administrative items.
Requirements:
- Strong administration skills
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch is preferable
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service focused
- Comfortable working independently using own initiative
- Good communications skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel Etc.
