At Alchemy, we are working with a luxury Utah-based resort who are looking to bring on an Art Operations and Project Coordinator to their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise the implementation, communications, design, and other aspects of the director’s calendar.
- Recognise hazards, priorities, and escalate problems appropriately.
- Oversee tasks and share information among team members to guarantee seamless operations.
- Work together with principal internal stakeholders on various teams.
- Establish procedures for the group to guarantee uniformity in project monitoring, filing, and outputs.
- Keep accurate records and paperwork for all active initiatives for reporting purposes.
- Help with the organisation and implementation of art installations.
- Create and oversee tools such stakeholder engagement matrices, Gantt charts, and work breakdown structures.
- Uphold and oversee timelines for design, production, installation, and maintenance. Report on critical tasks and establish important benchmarks.
- Give the team regular updates and status reports.
- Communicate with galleries and artist studios.
- Oversee the needs and schedules of visiting artists.
- Find and liaise with suitable vendors and contractors.
- Liaise with Maintenance and Mountain Operations, Development and Construction, and Risk management teams to handle issues.
- Work together with the marketing division to coordinate creative projects.
- When required, represent the team and ensure seamless execution by attending or taking part in art team-related events.
- Monitor budgets to make sure projects stay within financial limits.
- Complete post-project assessments to document knowledge gained and guide subsequent initiatives.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of project management principles and ideal procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise overseeing the creation and implementation of artistic design initiatives.
- Expertise in managing several vendors and stakeholders.
- Capacity to recognise and interact with stakeholders.
- A strong appreciation for art.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or a related program is advantageous.
- Capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Having notable contacts in the art world, would be advantageous.
