Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams to develop service and storage agreements, and other documents as necessary for new customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, industry professionals and other individuals relevant to the business.
- Renting bespoke storage to luxury clients from networking, touring and other business development methods.
- Organise and carry out outreach possibilities, sales and service.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions and other events.
- Manage campaigns to increase clientele for the business.
- Work on property and lease proposals for potential customers.
- Build and improve a database of new business, provide reporting on leasing developments.
- Work with internal teams to develop and carry out strategic initiatives.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Dedicated professional with experience in a similar sales role.
- Marketing tactics, with a proven business ethic.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with good coaching and management abilities.
- Proven history of developing a network and relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, be innovative and lead meetings.
