We are partnering with an Aerospace Manufacturing Company based in London who are looking for a B2B Sourcing Manager to join their team. 

You will be responsible for setting up a B2B sales desk to boost revenue through sourcing-led services and managing non-stock SKUs. Your role includes transforming underperforming products into top sellers by engaging customers and offering technical expertise. 

Responsibilities:
  • Establish a B2B desk to provide a sourcing-led service, boost revenue, and manage the sales of non-stock SKUs.
  • Add 3,000–5,000 new parts to the e-commerce website and ERP system.
  • Take ownership of procurement, onboarding, and quotation processes for B2B products.
  • Lead B2B sourcing initiatives and vendor negotiations to secure the best pricing.
  • Oversee daily tactical and strategic tasks to ensure timely client responses.
  • Develop and implement a reliable service mechanism to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including quality, sales, and procurement, to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Drive technical sales by enabling product-to-product conversions through continuous customer engagement, focusing on products different from existing stock.

Skills Required: 
  • Over 10 years of experience working with materials and compounds within the aviation sector.
  • Proficient in data analysis with a sharp attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic work environment.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of making sound decisions.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, paired with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced expertise in project management and strategic planning.
  • Experienced in leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
