- Compiling all paperwork and generating a bill for the moving customer that details all moving services rendered by the organisations involved in the shipping and approved by the account.
- Accessing and analyzing scanned paperwork from all NAVL agencies.
- Promptly billing moving clients as soon as possible after moves are completed.
- Utilise Excel spreadsheets to generate bills detailing all services provided on each moving shipment.
- Entering digital copies of bills into the company software after sent to the moving customer.
- Keeping billing database up to date.
Requirements of the Billing Coordinator:
- Experience in the moving sector is desired.
- Strong mathematical skills and reasoning ability.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Highly detailed and accurate.
- Excellent computer and administrative skills.
