Responsibilities:
- Carrying out accounting and bookkeeping practices for the New York location.
- Analysis of quarterly P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
- Interoffice reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Responsibility for the administration of expenses and minor cash transactions.
- Administration of transactions and billing for Vendors.
- Handle payroll, financial reporting and month-end close.
- Accounts payable/ receivable.
- Keep up to date with credit control.
Requirements Desired:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or within accounting, as a Bookkeeper/ Bookkeeping is required.
- Knowledge of accounting transactions and petty cash is a must.
- Advanced Excel and Power point, QuickBooks Online, Sage intacct, Stripe, Paychex knowledge.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Meticulous, accurate and key attention to detail.
