The successful candidate will directly report to General Manager, China.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of country corporate sales and agent/inside total sales and also a personal sales target at the right price and profit levels.
- Achieve your own sales target, act as a role model and show your leadership abilities and attitudes to motivate the teams.
- Handle and assist bids in accordance with proposal procedures.
- Act as the company representative at industry events and professional conferences.
- Develop successful pricing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Leadership team.
- Effectively communicate with Internal colleagues’ vital business information.
- Implement a monthly training program by phone and virtual with each team member to build and enhance sales skills and behaviors.
- Arrange meetings with your team member individually bi-monthly to review the sales performance against KPIs and develop revenue potential against different accounts.
- Support the team in preparing presentations for RFPs.
- Conduct quality control site visits to ensure service performance.
- Ensure that all data on Salesforce is correct and accessible.
- Monitor team performance by tracking activities and reporting through Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in immigration, HR outsourcing, or HHG moving sales background.
- Bachelor’s Degree holders in related disciplines.
- Knowledge of the procedures and processes of ISO and FAIM.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent sales and presentation skills.
- Dedicated to proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to manage people well.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office.
