Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for hitting global sales targets, securing new business, building an outside sales team, and creating a scalable framework for rapid growth and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Establish customer contracts to secure long-term relationships.
- Travel extensively to meet customers worldwide.
- Represent the company at trade shows and work with marketing to boost brand visibility.
- Foster a culture of sales growth and performance.
- Negotiate long-term agreements (LTAs) with key customers, including fixed pricing.
- Secure just-in-time and consignment contracts with new customers.
- Partner with inside sales to handle large RFQs and lead contract negotiations.
- Present and analyse sales data in monthly management meetings.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience in international sales and securing support contracts, including potential overseas work.
- Strong connections with Airlines and MROs, with a background in selling maintenance chemicals, consumables, and expendables.
- Experience in other aviation sectors like military or helicopters is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong networking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage teams, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in IT, including business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- High attention to detail, maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Strong skills in mathematics, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of KPIs and how to leverage them.
- Effective project and time management abilities.
