This position can be based remotely anywhere in Germany.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to generate new business with corporate clients (fortune 1000)
- Selling a range of Relocation services including destination services, corporate housing, household goods moving and expense management
- Use your subject matter expertise to consultative sell and add value to clients
- Work hard to grow revenue and meet set sales goals
- Attending industry events, conferences, client meetings, webinars etc.
- Understand client goals and issues, identifying and proposing solutions to meet their needs and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and fees with new clients
- Participate in sales presentations and pitches
Key Requirements:
- Extensive Sales and Business Development experience in the Global Mobility, Relocation or Corporate Housing industries
- Must have outside sales experience and a proven track record selling into corporate clients (Head of Global Mobility, Global Mobility Manager etc.)
- Ability to identify target companies, decision makers and close the sale
- Fluency in English and German is essential
- A sales hunter mentality with the desire to succeed
- Knowledge and understanding of Global Mobility and Relocation services
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and problem solve
- Track record meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets
- Demonstrated excellence in new business development, consultative selling and delivering presentations
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Ability to travel as required
