The Business Development Director, Relocation Services will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by targeting global organisations and selling the company's services to increase revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and follow leads to increase customer base and revenue with assigned sales region
- Act as a subject matter expert with the ability to promote appropriate Relocation and Global Mobility services to prospective clients
- Increase revenue via Relocation and Global Mobility service sales
- Deliver consultative advice, best practice, and industry updates to prospective clients
- Meet and/or exceed agreed-upon revenue targets
- Coordinate and leads sales presentations to prospects as necessary
- Effectively manage schedule of sales appointments
- Attend/participate in industry events such as ERC, FEM, SHRM and other local or regional conferences as required
Experience Required:
- Global Mobility/Relocation/Corporate Housing/EOR/Global Expansion or Business Travel sales experience is essential
- Experience selling Global Mobility/Relocation solutions to Global Mobility decision makers within an organization
- Abe to engage with senior stakeholders
- Excellent sales track record, proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
