A new and exciting opportunity is now available for a natural sales professional to join a global immigration provider as their Business Development Executive, based anywhere in Germany remotely.
This position is a sales-driven opportunity, with a core focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities across Germany and Austria, selling Visa and Immigration services.
Partnering with the Head of Business Development, you’ll join a highly successful immigration team in a position offering opportunities to grow, develop and advance your career.
The role of the Business Development Executive include:
- Researching and identifying key decision-makers to find leads and prospects
- Identifying prospects using multiple resources such as; business directories, websites, social media and other sources
- Staying up to date on industry trends and techniques, utilising knowledge to understand client requirements and present the most suitable visa and immigration solution
- Contacting new potential clients via Cold Calling, Email, Social Media
- Target dormant and/or inactive leads and opportunities to be reactivated
- Building and developing professional relationships, fostering and covering these into new client business
- Using strategic sales and business development techniques to convert these into clients
- Participating in the creation and delivery of RFPs, contract negotiation and deal closures
- Regularly attending trade shows, and networking events for brand representation and client development
- Track sales via salesforce
Skills and experience required for the Business Development Executive position:
- 1-3 years of experience is Sales and Business Development
- Fluent German and English
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
- Solutions based selling experience
- Passion and hunger for sales and success
- Proven track record of achieving goals
- Ability to identify decision-makers
- Excellent relationship development skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely from home and travel as required
- Knowledge of Immigration, HR, Global Mobility or Expatriate services would be advantageous
