We are assisting our client, a UK based hospitality provider who is currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Executive - hospitality.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development of new business and maintaining the company’s existing hospitality client base.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:
  • Identifying, targeting and generating business from new clients
  • Secure business by understanding each individual clients hospitality requirements in order to offer the best solution and ensure maximum revenue is generated
  • Establishing relationships with key decision makers
  • Managing the whole sales process from initial client contact through to negotiating and closing of the sale, whilst ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential new business
  • Overcoming client objections and creating a solution
  • Attending networking and industry events 

Key requirements:
  • Previous experience in Sales and Business Development across the Relocation, Global Mobility, Corporate Housing, Business Travel or Hospitality sectors required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Motivated individual, committed to achieving sales targets
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process
