Within the role as Business Development Manager you are going to be responsible for regularly seeking new business development opportunities and clients.
Responsibilities are:
- Actively seeking out new business development opportunities for accounts to support business targets
- Maintaining relationships with clients by cross selling and having a good commercial awareness of the industry
- Attending regular client reviews and industry events to support business development and sales efforts
- Managing target accounts
- Training and development of new sales staff
- Ensuring compliance with sales
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in sales
- Previous experience within hospitality or hotel sector
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Experience developing and maintaining of large accounts
