A leading Global Mobility and Relocation service provider is looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Singapore

This position will be directly responsible for successfully identifying and winning new business.

You will sell international relocation, moving and global mobility services to multinational clients.

Duties of the Relocation Business Development Manager include:

  • Identifying decision-making HR and Mobility Manager contacts within organisations
  • Building a portfolio of prospect clients and fostering successful and profitable relationships 
  • Driving business sales effort by adopting a fast-paced strategic approach according to agreed sales strategy & sales process
  • Generating new business in line with annual sales and profit targets
  • Supporting on-going marketing and advertising campaigns and generating awareness of company services
  • Orchestrate and lead RFQ opportunities by involving all needed Subject Matter Experts
  • Serving as a brand ambassador for the company and representing the team at industry conferences, awards and networking events
  • Using competitor insights to maintain a successful stance on the relocation, global mobility and moving sector
  • Reviewing, updating and updating the company sales database
  • Undertaking other sales related duties or projects that may be required from time to time

Key skills and experience required:

  • Ability to confidently sell a variety of business services including; relocation, global mobility and moving services
  • Proven sales and business development experience within the relocation services sector 
  • Ability to research and identify key stakeholders and decision markers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to plan, implement and deliver business goals
  • Proven success within B2B business-to-business sales roles 
  • Professional networking skills with the ability to foster commercial relationships
  • Highly motivated with the drive and desire to 'win' and succeed
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills with a natural hunger for sales
  • Honest and ethical approach to business
  • Business development experience in one or more of the following is essential; Relocation, International moving, Visa & Immigration, Global Mobility, DSP & Serviced Apartments
