Key Responsibilities:
- Specialize in both Ocean Freight and Airfreight shipments, helping clients streamline their international logistics needs.
- Manage sales efforts across multiple U.S. states, developing a broad network of clients.
- Identify, target, and win new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
- Maximize business from existing clients within your portfolio by deepening relationships and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, ensuring credit limits are viable and increasing the likelihood of successful deals.
- Qualify prospects, promote the company’s freight forwarding services, and arrange client meetings and follow-ups to secure new opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in sales within a freight forwarding organization, with a deep understanding of both airfreight and ocean freight services.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing multiple clients and meeting sales targets.
