Alchemy is excited to partner with one of the largest US commercial moving companies in their search for a Business Development Manager focusing on the Healthcare sector to work remotely, ideally in Texas or Florida.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead executive-level B2B program sales, concentrating on business relocation and facility support services.
  • Create a sales region-specific program and market strategy.
  • Prospect the sales territory for mid- and long-term program opportunities.
  • Create trusted relationships with clients by identifying their needs well in advance of RFPs.
  • Early in the process, qualify opportunities and educate prospects on the moving company value proposition.
  • Involve internal subject-matter experts directly throughout the sales process to differentiate and craft winning solutions.
  • Participate in networking events where possible.
  • To document the sales and relationship processes using only the Microsoft CRM application.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Ideally, five years of direct business-to-business sales experience is preferred in office moving, commercial furniture sales, commercial real estate services, or project management.
  • The ability to work independently is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • A solid grasp of technology is essential.
  • Must be able and willing to initiate business development through cold calls on the phone.
  • Must be willing to travel when necessary.
  • A bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is preferred
