Our client, a leading global serviced apartment provider are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager, Serviced Apartments to join their growing team based in Frankfurt. 

Main Responsibilities: 
  • Generate new business through providing serviced apartments to corporates while growing existing client portfolio 
  • Define a successful sales and business development strategy
  • Manage a sales coordinator, ensuring they are fully trained and assist with their overall development
  • Stay up to date on corporate accommodation market trends and communicate knowledge across the business to ensure sales goals and achieved and exceeded
  • Develop a pipeline of new business through cold calling, networking and other sales and business development techniques
  • Ensure a consultative sales strategy is adopted and create client-focused solutions
  • Create accurate price quotations for serviced apartment corporate inquiries whilst maximising profit and increasing revenue 
  • Maintain sales activity reporting and sharing with senior leadership 
  • Regularly promote serviced apartment offerings through marketing activities 
  • Involvement in holding corporate events to increase brand awareness 
  • Work closely with sales team and other departments to ensure an excellent service is delivered 

Key Requirements:
  • Current/previous experience in Business Development / Sales in the Serviced Apartment / Corporate Housing / Corporate Accommodation / Hotel industries 
  • A hungry and motivated Sales Leadership professional seeking a long-term career with an award-winning business
  • Proven results working in a direct sales and business development hunter role with a consultative sell approach 
  • Must have business-to-business sales experience
  • Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
  • High energy and motivation
  • Experience using Salesforce or Opera is desirable
  • Fluent English and German language required 
  • Ability to travel and adapt working hours as needed
