This role is in charge of conducting virtual surveys for our clients who are relocating locally, nationally, and beyond. Prospective customer appointments and company-paid leads are given to sales consultants. Salespeople are in charge of using appropriate networking and business development techniques to grow their own business, and additionally, for creating and marketing moving services to realtors, tenants, homeowners, and other income producers in order to generate opportunities and build relationships.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Complete moving surveys accurately and on time, providing prospective clients who intend to move locally, nationally, or internationally with written estimates.
- Follow the company's rules and guidelines for move pricing.
- Attend networking events and meetings to establish a portfolio of referrals and offer firm services.
- Consistently build, construct, and oversee a strong sales pipeline, which includes lead generation using a moving CRM system.
- Complete all paperwork and send it to the designated moving coordinator on schedule. Consistently assist the coordinator in meeting service demands, responding to enquiries, and resolving problems during the move process.
- Keeps in touch with clients in order to help give outstanding services and guarantee complete satisfaction for each client.
- Pursue 5-star reviews after a client’s move is completed.
- Meet the goals and performance standards.
Requirements for the role include:
- Previous sales experience within the moving industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active Driver’s License and vehicle to use during working hours.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Customer Service Databases.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent communication skills & presentation capabilities.
- High Energy, positive attitude with a strong work ethic, able to work in a team environment.
- Professionals who are self-motivated with the ability to produce.
- The ability to prospect new clients and lines of business – willing to cold-call.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
