This is a customer focused position, conducting surveys with both local, interstate, intrastate and international clients. You will be provided with leads as well as being expected to canvas for your own leads, developing and promoting the business with customers, realtors and company clients.
Responsibilities of the Outside COD Sales Consultant include, but are not limited to:
- Complete surveys accurately and on time, providing written estimates to prospective clients who intend to move locally, nationally, or internationally.
- Respect the company's rules and guidelines for pricing.
- Establish a reference portfolio by attending networking events and meetings and providing offers on company services.
- Consistently build, establish, and oversee a strong sales pipeline that includes lead generation via a CRM system.
- Completes all paperwork and sends it to the designated moving coordinator on schedule. Consistently assists the coordinator in meeting service needs, responding to inquiries, and resolving problems during the move process.
- Keeps in touch with clients to help give outstanding services and guarantee complete satisfaction for each client.
- Make sure to meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in the moving and relocation sector required.
- Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have active driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Great self-motivation and willingness to cold call.
- Must successfully pass both a drug test and criminal background check.
