The Client Account Coordinator will work predominately with French/ European Clients with their Relocation, and Global Mobility needs.
Responsibilities include:
- To build and maintain strategic working relationships with allocated client groups, including preparing, organising and attending regular review meetings and regular service delivery calls.
- Provide Account Coordination for European Clients.
- Assist with the preparation of account management reports, including tenders & bids.
- Work with all Co offices and departments and recognise opportunities for cross selling services and products.
- Ensuring the quality, consistency and continuous improvement of service provision and internal processes.
- Keep an up-to-date knowledge of market and competition, being able to anticipate change and look to deliver new services in line with market opportunities.
- Actively seek to grow business and expand current portfolio through understanding customers’ requirements and objectives and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor service provision through management reporting systems and liaison with Quality department.
- Participate in the decision-making process in relation to sales, tender management, service delivery, resource management, marketing, finance and systems.
- Support the service delivery team, assist in reporting requirements and escalations when required.
- Have an in-depth understanding of accounts at both service delivery and account level.
- Work closely with consultants and relocation managers to help support service delivery.
- Develop processes to improve productivity, efficiency and speed, and improve customer service.
Skills and experience required:
- Good commercial and financial acumen at an account and operational level.
- Experience in a customer facing role working with a range of corporate accounts.
- Native/Fluent French Language.
- Proven ability to generate profit through new and existing business relationships.
- Proven experience of bringing about incremental increases in revenue through excellent service delivery.
- Previous experience and a good working knowledge of corporate procurement processes.
- Ability to build working relationships internally and externally.
