At Alchemy we are working alongside an esteemed art organisation looking to bring on a highly experienced Client Advisor (German Speaking) to their expanding team.

If you have experience developing client strategies within the art industry with German fluency, then please reach out.

  • Oversee all client development and strategy for existing and potential clients
  • Aid in organising pre-sale targeting for department sales internationally 
  • Developing client target strategies by managing consistent client reviews
  • Use and share collected data from competitor’s sales  
  • Attend sales in company locations as needed
  • Maintain and update client information accurately and efficiently 
  • Supply departments and client developers with analysed client information and intelligence to aid outreach attempts
  • Help grow marketing and catalogue lists
  • Recognise cross departmental opportunities for the region
  • Plan future client strategies
  • Collaborate with various senior level members of staff to help sourcing efforts based on client data from the region
  • Boost sales from the region from client development and contact 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on tactical outreach and communication with the clients in the region
  • Create guest lists for events and design briefings for the region before events take place
  • German speaking is essential for this role
  • Previous experience working within a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills 
  • Keen interest in progressing client relations with experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work with various departments 
  • Strong business ethic  and knowledge of the art market
  • Superb client knowledge and ability to utilise data to develop client strategies 
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyse data and create reports
  • Travel to relevant company regions
