This role will best suit someone from a Corporate Immigration or Global Mobility background. Please note, occasional travel to meet clients may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global implementation projects and ensure client deliverables are defined, understood and met by the immigration team
- Ensure any internal client transitions are handled smoothly, and the client is kept updated throughout the process
- Work with internal departments to ensure best possible service delivery for the clients’ visa and immigration needs, highlighting any areas for concerns and coming up with solutions efficiently
- Collaborate with the APAC VP to plan out growth strategies for each client, to help maximise their potential nationally and globally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in order to upsell and cross-sell visa & immigration services across the business, taking into consideration the client’s development and business changes as well as immigration and visa rule changes
- Attend meetings with the leadership teams and departments as well as clients to ensure any issues and gaps in the visa and immigration service delivery are flagged and corrected swiftly
- Conduct and review client and staff reporting as and when necessary
- Share survey feedback with the relevant individuals, helping to come up with a proactive approach to any issues that arise
- Prepare any client presentations as required showcasing the companies capabilities within visa, immigration & business travel services
- Ensure that all staff are trained on internal software, and help and support is provided if refreshers are needed
- Excellent knowledge, understanding and experience of either immigration or global mobility
- Previous experience within an account management or service delivery role would be advantageous
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Confident in their immigration and/or global mobility skills, with the ability to give excellent presentations to clients
- Proactive thinker, who can find innovative solutions to help address any client concerns or issues
- Must be fluent in English & no sponsorship is available
