Our client, a global mobility technology provider is looking to hire a Client Services Manager, Global Mobility Software to be based remotely in the USA.

Main Responsibilities: 
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, understand their technology needs, and answer any questions they may have
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and software implementation projects
  • Providing support to clients including software training, demos etc. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to upsell/cross sell additional services 
  • Deliver high levels of customer service across account portfolio 

Key Requirements: 
  • Global Mobility Technology experience 
  • Extensive Client Services / Account Management experience in the Global Mobility, Expatriate Management, Corporate Relocation or Tax industries  
  • A passion for technology and providing software solutions 
  • Ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships 
  • Creative thinker with experience and the ability to work in an innovative environment 
  • Strong technology skills including Microsoft Suite
