Our client, a leading Global Mobility and Relocation service provider is looking for a highly experienced Client Solutions Manager to join their team in Singapore.
You will be responsible for partnering with clients to best understand their needs and global mobility requirements. You will be the direct point of contact for questions, queries and escalations, and will be focused on ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Global Mobility Client Solutions Manager:
- Act as Client Solutions subject matter expert, providing consultative solutions and fostering professional relationships.
- Deep dive into Client global mobility needs and work with other departments to ensure this is communicated to service delivery teams.
- Build and foster partnerships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Influence potential clients and secure business by sharing your expert knowledge of Global Mobility services and HR solutions.
- Build meaningful industry connections and attend Relocation, HR, Expatriate Service and International Mobility-related networking events to promote the business.
- Foster open communication with your clients serving as their trusted ambassador.
- Share market updates, competitor insights and industry trends across the internal teams.
- Stay updated on changes in the relocation and global mobility space.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to identify target areas of development.
