A leading relocation services company is seeking a Client Solutions Project Manager for a 3 month FTC client focused Performance Improvement Plan.
This role may have the opportunity to extend for a further 3 months, but this is not guaranteed.

This position can be based fully remotely in UK.

The Client Solutions Project Manager will oversee domestic and international relocation projects, for a core client. This role involves project planning, delivery, and continuous improvement for clients, working closely with internal and external workstream owners to ensure successful completion of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) from July through November. 

Responsibilities of the Client Solutions, Project Manager - ( Relocation Services ) FTC inlcude:
  • For both new and current relocation clients, create, record, and monitor project plans that cover implementations, service scope expansions, and technical integrations.
  • Oversee the operations, supplier management, financial, and governance workstreams' worldwide, multi-regional implementations.
  • Assign project tasks in accordance with the expertise, talents, and strengths of the team members.
  • For reporting needs, update the status of the project on Monday.com or another pertinent PM platform.
  • Attend frequent internal and external meetings to provide updates on the project deliverables.
  • Make use of your interpersonal abilities to establish dependable connections with clients and foster a welcoming work atmosphere.
  • Determine, control, and reduce project risks (such as delays and changes to the scope).
  • As needed, bring up issues with management.
Requirements:
  • Strong global relocation and global mobility experience.
  • Previous experience using a project management tool such as Monday.com (or similar)
  • A bachelor's degree or a comparable level of education, training, and experience in relocation.
  • 5+ years of project management-focused experience in the relocation or consulting fields.
  • Extensive familiarity with the relocation and mobility sector.
  • Experience managing teams of technicians working on medium- to large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency with a variety of software programmes and tools, as well as new and developing technologies.
  • Capacity to operate both individually and collaboratively, with excellent planning and follow-up abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
  • Confident in organising and presenting to a range of audience sizes.
  • Competent at converting business challenges into solutions.
  • Capacity to communicate with clients and the company at several levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients and meet deadlines in order to earn their trust.
  • Ensure compliance.
  • Requires occasional travel.
