The perfect candidate will have previous Commercial Moving experience and will be ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that throughout the Commercial Moving process all internal teams and outside vendors deliver a consistently high level of service.
- Maintaining client connections and consistently providing high-quality customer service.
- Managing the Movement of Commerical household products for a variety of clients, from the first client call through move completion.
- Serving as the assignee's main point of contact during the relocation process.
- Coordinating with other internal departments and external suppliers
- Manage cases actively in accordance with KPIs, company standards, and particular client account policy requirements.
- Tracking the necessary Commercial Move paperwork to make sure that other internal departments and outside vendors get it in a timely manner.
- Make that all shipments of household products are fully, punctually, and accurately invoiced.
- Whenever possible, look for and seize cross-selling and upselling chances to promote and offer additional services.
- Addressing client inquiries and grievances, as well as highlighting areas that require improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years experience coordinating Commercial Moves within the moving industry.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
- A brilliant understanding of geography and cultures.
- Outstanding organizational skills, experience managing multiple projects.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- A keen eye for detail and commercial awareness.
- A positive, team-focused, 'can-do' attitude.
- High-level working proficiency in all Microsoft office programs.
