As a Commercial Move Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our client’s successful relocations. You will work closely with customers, project managers, and crews to plan and execute commercial moves from start to finish. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a knack for problem-solving in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of commercial moves, including planning, scheduling, and logistics management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the move process.
  • Collaborate with project managers, drivers, and moving crews to ensure timely and efficient execution of each move.
  • Prepare detailed move plans and ensure all necessary resources are allocated effectively.
  • Monitor move progress, troubleshoot any issues, and adjust plans as necessary to meet client expectations.
  • Manage move-related documentation, including contracts, work orders, and invoices.
  • Conduct pre-move site visits and walk-throughs to assess move requirements and identify potential challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during move operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients before, during, and after the move.
  • Analyze post-move feedback to continually improve move coordination processes and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial move coordination or a similar role within the moving and relocation industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficient in using move management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of commercial moving procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.
