We are looking for a Commercial Moving Salesperson on behalf of a leading moving and relocation company in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who understands the complexities of commercial moves and can provide tailored solutions to businesses relocating locally and nationally. 

The right candidate will have a strong background in commercial moving, outstanding problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop customized relocation strategies for clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can assess client needs, recommend solutions, and ensure efficient execution of commercial moves from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with businesses to understand their moving and relocation requirements.
  • Develop customized commercial moving solutions that align with client budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire relocation process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Work closely with operations teams to plan and execute seamless commercial moves.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess logistics, space planning, and special handling needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Provide expert guidance on packing, transportation, and specialized equipment for commercial relocations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, resolving any logistical challenges as they arise.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve service offerings.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial moving, logistics, or relocation services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop tailored moving solutions for businesses.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage deadlines, and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Proficiency in logistics software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Charlotte, NC area for client consultations.
