Our client, a leading UK removal company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Professional to add to their Business Relocation Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing removal client relationships in the Midlands and North of the UK. Working in a wide range of sectors, including schools, offices, libraries & archives, museums, and warehouse moves. Experience in estimating for all these sectors would be highly advantageous.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive removal business growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target industries to generate new removal business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of relocation projects and exceed removal client expectations.
- Stay abreast of removal industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the commercial relocation & removal industry.
- Strong understanding of the business relocation process, including estimating for various sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to travel as required to meet client needs.
