A leading removals company is looking for a Corporate Move Coordinator to join their Removals team based in West London.  

Our client is seeking someone with previous admin experience, ideally within the removals industry, who can provide excellent customer service in order to build effective relationships with corporate clients and customers throughout the removals process.

Responsibilities:

  • Moving domestic and international clients from A to B, ensuring a seamless removal process.
  • Efficiently arrange corporate clients' removals.
  • Complete daily administration tasks and bookings for all removals.
  • Arrange corporate financial documents and reports.
  • Be the main point of contact for corporate account inquiries, arranging surveys, and preparing quotes.
  • Deal with any complaints and claims.
  • Engage in conference calls with corporate clients and agents.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the removals industry is required.
  • Strong organisational skills and time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous admin and customer service experience.
  • Knowledgeable with the Microsoft 365 Software.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service.
