Our client is a provider of global mobility and corporate services.

They are seeking a Corporate Services Team Leader to lead their team in Dubai.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the purpose of this role is to lead the team in providing a high standard of support and coordination ensuring the integrity and efficiency of information, corporate services administration, governance systems/procedures and client service. 

The Team Leader will manage client relationships ensuring the consistent delivery of service excellence for the UAE and overseas operations in compliance with Company and governmental regulations, policies and procedures.

Key accountabilities of the role include:

Leadership, Training & Education
, managing training and motivating the team, develop and deliver training programs for employees on compliance-related topics, ensuring, maintain training records, monitor employee participation. 
Client Relationship Management, oversee client relationships management, acting as advisor and subject matter expert, manage client issues, meeting agreed timelines, ensuring the delivery or exceptional client service.

Quality & Performance Management, oversee the survey satisfaction surveys, monitoring and reporting on achievements against satisfaction targets, making improvement recommendations, implementing approved enhancements.

Client Development, conduct meetings with clients via phone calls, emails, video chats or in-person and up sell where appropriate.

Operations, oversee the management of the Corporate Services team to ensure workflow is handled effectively and efficiently in compliance with policies, procedures and timelines. Monitor the onboarding of new clients ensuring their requirements have been established, information has been collated, options are researched, and company formation process is managed through to completion. Oversee client complaints to ensure timely/effective resolution. Review departmental statistics, KPI’s or other data to determine the level of client service and improve levels where necessary. 

Reporting & Documentation, analyse workflow and service delivery, review and approve quotes and proposals to clients, review and approve reports, presentations and sales displays to ensure accuracy of data, oversee the update registers in line with government regulations and company policies, ensure annual and event driving filings are submitted to relevant jurisdictions on time, oversee the communication with clients regarding the progression and status of assigned cases, coordinate and monitor the status of cases with clients ensuring timely, quality service and compliance with company policies and government regulations. Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities as required, maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities, including audit findings, corrective actions, and training records.

Work Tracking, manage CRM tool/trackers, review and act on summaries of activity for management, research new/changing rules and requirements and ensure that the SOPs are updated with accurate information. 

Compliance, build relationships with all free zones and mainland and banks regarding corporate service requirements, manage the compliance program, ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 

Internal Audits and Monitoring, conduct internal audits to identify potential compliance risks and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, monitor and assess internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement. 

Person Specification, minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate services (with at least 5 years of experience in UAE) at management level in operational roles.

Knowledge of UAE laws and compliance requirements 

Educational Qualifications, Bachelors’ degree in related field Technical Qualifications STEP Qualification or similar Skills and Abilities 

Language: Fluent English, both oral and written.
