- Responsible for bookings and providing customer service information
- Providing quotations using an in house system
- Providing administration support
- Issue sales invoicing to customers
- Check all invoices
- Responsible for bookings in the company’s internal software
- Liaising with clients and customers on the phone
- Processing shipments
