Our client, a leader in the moving and storage industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in the Worcester, MA area. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Van Line operations and international moves, with the ability to handle leads and manage sales appointments effectively.

Remote candidates will be considered based on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service regarding Van Line and international moving services.
  • Handle leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and detailed documentation.
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments with potential clients.
  • Utilize Supermove CRM/Dispatch program for tracking and managing customer interactions and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Van Line operations and international moves.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
  • Experience with Supermove CRM/Dispatch program is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with the capability to report to the branch as required.
