Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are hiring for a Customer Service Executive - hospitality for a prestigious global client.
The main purpose of this position is to make sure the guests have the best stay possible. From assisting with troubleshooting of maintenance issues through to helping with suggestions of day trips out.
You must excel at problem solving and multi-tasking.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with any issues that may arise confidently and professionally.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Welcome guests into the property and work with them throughout stay for any problems or complaints that may arise.
- Inspections of property before guests arrive and depart.
- Providing guests with local information of restaurant and day trips.
- Knowledge of London and the surrounding area.
- Working closely with other teams and departments to comply with regulations.
Requirements
- Previous Customer Service experience is a must.
- Hospitality experience in preferable.
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Great communications skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to be flexible with working between several London properties.
- 4 days on and 4 days off.
