The ideal candidate will have experience and strong knowledge of digital marketing within the art industry whilst also having experience managing budgets and a team.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the company informed of the latest trends and campaigns and find opportunities for change in order to benefit the business
- Manage the marketing department
- Create and deliver new marketing initiatives to increase market presence and spread the word to the wider audience
- Maintain an excellent understanding of the consumer industry within the market
- Advance the companies brand positioning in an appealing way to the market
- Oversee all marketing strategy, creating campaigns that have a strong emphasis on setting the company aside from competitors in the market
- Collaborate with other members within the digital/marketing team to consistently deliver high quality content
- Directly work with the PR team to ensure all content and campaigns are increasing sales, brand recognition and opening doors for potential collaborations
- Manage innovative and disruptive digital strategies to increase public awareness
- Ensure that the marketing and sales team are working effectively in sync, understanding how the marketing initiatives creates sales and hitting targets
- Think outside the box always and decide what unconventional tactics to use to assist in further brand awareness
- Deliver growth initiatives to boost client retention and acquisition, artist trust, market dominance and engagement
- Create marketing goals and objectives in line with the company’s targets
- Using data, give accounts on KPI’s on a regular basis
- Oversee and predict budgets and spend, making sure all channels with allocated spend stick to the budget
- Oversee the entire marketing budget and collaborate with other members of management
- Using your marketing insight, bring and share the consumer view to the business
- Foster a diverse and creative culture within the company
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role within the art industry or a similar industry with knowledge of the art/luxury market
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage content across multiple departments
- Knowledge of digital platforms and developments within the industry
- Awareness of trends in mobile apps and website technology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Management experience essential
