We are partnering with a leading global hospitality provider in their search for an experienced Director of Sales.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and developing the operations and sales functions within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to sell the company’s services and increase revenue
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Consistently monitor competitors in the market trends and create ideas to be ahead of the competition
- Manage the interview and hiring process, selecting talent for the business
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes in the business
- Regularly network with new and existing clients through meetings and attending industry events
- Work alongside the sales team to ensure targets are achieved
- Mentor and develop staff, provide training across various departments as required
- Create marketing plans and regularly review to meet business goals
- Actively participate in the RFP and presentation process in partnership with the sales team
Key Requirements:
- Extensive Sales, Business Development & Account Management experience
- Must have extensive leadership experience, ability to manage, train and support the development of staff
- Strong client facing and presentation skills
- Experience working in the hospitality sector
- Proven track record of achieving Sales/ Business Development targets
