Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Management:
  • Navigate the complexities of rental rates, discounts, Customer Protection Plans, and other revenue streams with finesse.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on controllable expenses, ensuring maximum Return on Investment (R.O.I.) for each store.
Audit and Compliance:
  • Conduct thorough semi-annual audits and facility checklists, presenting findings to the division office and driving necessary follow-up actions.
  • Utilize management information tools to analyze financial reports and address trends and issues impacting district performance.
Resource Utilization:
  • Tap into external resources to bolster district-wide operations, supporting initiatives in human resources, revenue management, procurement, finance, and marketing.

  • Possess a fervor for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent to create legendary customer experiences.
  • Actively seek customer feedback and proactively address service issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as a valuable resource, providing expertise on operational and customer-related matters.
Strategic Growth:
  • Drive the growth of a successful store portfolio by understanding the market, formulating district-level strategies, and capitalizing on each store's unique strengths and opportunities.

Key Skills:
Experience:
  • 6+ years of multi-unit operations experience in retail, restaurant, hotel, leasing, rental, or similar customer service operations with oversight of 10+ stores.
  • Previous experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or Regional Manager is a must.
Leadership and Communication:
  • Demonstrate integrity-focused leadership, with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
