Responsibilities:
- Supervising residential and business moves from the point of contact to the point of sale, giving clients moving quotations, and billing for all removals.
- Ensuring that all files adhere to the rules of the company.
- Quickly and precisely entering data into the company's database system.
- Quickly and effectively resolving grievances and possible problems, in coordination with other managers and departments as required.
- Proactively looking for methods to enhance the quality of the service by posing queries and making ideas.
- Establish effective working relationships with other departments, the team, and other outside parties (subcontractors, suppliers etc.)
- Ensure that all documentation is promptly received by the appropriate parties.
- Keeping all parties involved in the household and commercial moving process fully informed of the progress at all times so that clients are satisfied.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working with the Moving & Relocation sector.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and adaptability in the workplace.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- High degree of professionalism.
- IT literate (MS Office).
- Previous experience working in a high-pressure team environment is highly preferred.
